Is Ga-68 PSMA is enough for deciding Lu-177 PSMA RLT or 18F-FDG PET/CT also needed as baseline

@dochoc If you see and compare the results of TheraP trial and VISION trial you can notice that TheraP trail has better outcome as compare to VISION because they excluded the patients with +FDG cases.
In our experience same like NET patients with +FDG has poor outcome and less PSA response with Lu-177 PSMA RLT
